COVID-19 Protocol

WOMADE is a human-sized coworking space that can welcome — with all the required safety measures — up to 20 coworkers during this period. We have as well adapted our space in such a way that you can come to work with peace of mind.

In order to provide a safe environment for each member, please read the measures below to know more about our corona protocol aka what the new normal looks like.

General

Stay at home if you or someone in your household has corona symptoms, such as: a cold, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, light cough, high fever or fever (from 38° C) or shortness of breath.

Are you suffering from hay fever? Please let us know so we can inform and reassure the other members.

Always keep 1.5 meters distance from each other as much as possible

Do you have mild symptoms consistent with the coronavirus? We recommend you to get a free test by contacting your GP.

cleaning & disinfecting

All members & visitors are asked to wash their hands on arrival at the office

All members are asked to use the hygienic wipes or cleaning spray to clean the desks and seats

All members are asked to wash their hands before making coffee or tea or before using the microwave

Doors will stay open to reduce touchpoints

Light switches, sink and toilet are cleaned very often.

In the toilets, special cleaning wipes are available to clean the toilet before and/or after use.

Hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes & alcohol sprays are available throughout the coworking space

Shared & working spaces have been modified to create buffer zones

VISITS

it's possible to book a tour or a meeting/podcast room if you contact us or book it online

the number of visitors for the tours & booked meeting rooms is limited to avoid overcrowding
